Job Summary

Specializing in banking solutions for cannabis operators, the remote Account Executive will grow financial services by building relationships with senior decision-makers in the cannabis industry, maximizing customer adoption, and addressing unique financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build relationships with Director, VP, and C-level financial executives across cannabis retailers
• Maximize customer adoption and revenue potential of LeafLink's financial products and services
• Identify pain points related to cannabis banking and offer tailored banking solutions

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services and/or fintech
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a pipeline of deals
• Strong understanding of financial products related to loans, credit, and treasury management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Demonstrated tenacity and adaptability in a startup culture
