Job Summary
Fluent in French and English, the full-time Account Executive - Bilingual will manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise and upper mid-market customers in Europe, focusing on driving transformation deals and expanding existing accounts while working in a collaborative remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead insight-driven sales conversations to educate customers on the risks of the status quo and the benefits of enterprise change
- Expand accounts by understanding business needs and delivering personalized SAFe experiences to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
- Own the full deal lifecycle, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing opportunities with urgency and discipline
Required qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, with additional language skills being a plus
- 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or transformation-focused offerings
- 2+ years of account management experience with a proven ability to build a substantial book of business
- Experience managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing and growing existing customers
- Familiarity with Agile, AI, or organizational change concepts, demonstrating credibility in discussions with stakeholders
