Job Summary

Owning a defined book of business, the full-time remote Account Executive, Canada will manage full-cycle sales processes in the Canadian healthcare market, collaborating with various teams to convert leads into closed revenue.

Key responsibilities
  • Run full-cycle sales processes from discovery to close, including multi-stakeholder and executive-level deals
  • Conduct deep discovery to understand clinical workflows and operational constraints while articulating Heidi's value proposition
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using a mix of outbound, inbound, and product-led signals
Required qualifications
  • Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
  • Intellectually sharp, coachable, and driven to improve sales skills
  • Experience selling software is preferred; healthcare or SaaS experience is a plus
  • Ability to navigate complex procurement, legal, and security discussions
  • Strong communication skills to build trust with clinicians and executives
