Job Summary

Driving business growth in a mission-driven environment, the full-time Account Executive, Client Expansion will manage a blended pipeline of inbound opportunities and existing accounts, focusing on upselling and cross-selling compliance solutions to clients across various industries while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Grow a portfolio of existing clients through proactive outreach and strategic upselling of new services
  • Manage the full sales cycle for inbound leads and existing account expansion, including prospecting and contract discussions
  • Identify and develop potential business opportunities by qualifying and engaging prospective clients
Required qualifications:
  • 3-4 years of experience in inside sales, account executive, or account management roles
  • Proven ability to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Experience managing opportunities from initial engagement through close across both new business and existing client growth
  • Ability to understand client needs and build relationships using a consultative approach
  • Experience balancing inbound lead management with proactive outbound outreach to drive pipeline and revenue
