Job Summary
To support customer migration and enablement efforts for CoCounsel Tax, the full-time remote Account Executive will lead customer transitions from legacy platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful adoption and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer migrations, partnering with internal teams to ensure readiness and alignment
- Conduct migration discovery and readiness planning, including workflow assessments and timeline planning
- Create and maintain migration and adoption artifacts, tracking progress and managing risks throughout the migration lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success, Implementation, or Solutions Consulting
- Demonstrated experience supporting platform migrations or customer adoption programs
- Strong ability to translate customer workflows into practical requirements and action plans
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate across various teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear materials for diverse audiences
