Account Executive, CoCounsel Tax

Job Summary

Leading customer migration and enablement efforts for CoCounsel Tax, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage transitions from legacy platforms, conduct readiness planning, and support sales and customer conversations to ensure successful adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end customer migrations from legacy platforms to CoCounsel Tax, collaborating with various internal teams
• Conduct migration discovery and readiness planning, including assessments and timeline planning
• Create and maintain migration and adoption artifacts, and lead recurring customer and internal working sessions to track progress

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Implementation, or Solutions Consulting
• Demonstrated experience supporting platform migrations or customer adoption programs
• Strong ability to translate customer workflows into practical requirements and action plans
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across various teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear materials for diverse audiences
