Job Summary
Leading customer migration and adoption efforts for CoCounsel Tax, the full-time remote Account Executive will manage end-to-end migrations from legacy platforms, conduct readiness planning, and support sales and customer conversations to ensure successful transitions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer migrations and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure migration readiness
- Conduct migration discovery and readiness planning, including workflow assessments and timeline planning
- Create and maintain migration and adoption artifacts, and support onboarding and enablement through tailored training and resources
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Implementation, or Sales Enablement
- Demonstrated experience supporting platform migrations or customer adoption programs
- Strong ability to translate customer workflows into practical requirements and action plans
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and collaborate effectively across various teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear materials for customers and internal audiences
