Job Summary
Driving growth in Corporate Gifting, Events, and Employee Health & Wellness, the full-time remote Account Executive, Corporate Sales will manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to close, focusing on a high volume of inbound opportunities with a customer-first approach.
Key responsibilities
- Own the inbound sales cycle and qualify customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while prioritizing effectively across competing deadlines
- Create and deliver proposals, quotes, and pricing recommendations accurately and swiftly
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding targets
- Relevant product and industry experience in corporate gifting, employee recognition, or wellness programs
- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced sales environments with full-cycle sales ownership
- Strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize a large, active pipeline
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
