Account Executive - Customer Base

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - Customer Base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive add-on business sales into existing accounts
• Manage complex sales cycles and utilize internal teams to close deals
• Position outsourcing services in areas such as Payroll, Benefits Administration, HR, and Finance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
• 3+ years' selling experience in organizations of 1,000 or more employees
• Proven expertise in understanding competitive landscape and customer needs
• Experience cultivating relationships with strategic partners and alliances
• Proven success in managing complex sales cycles and achieving revenue targets
