Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive / Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own a portfolio of 50 customers and drive adoption, retention, and ongoing success
  • Conduct onboarding, health checks, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
  • Identify and support upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in a Customer Success or Account Management role in SaaS
  • Experience with CRMs and customer success tools
  • Ability to advocate for customer needs with technical or product teams
  • Proactive and growth-minded approach to driving impact
  • Familiarity with SaaS usage metrics
