Job Summary
Owning a named-account and vertical-based territory, the full-time Account Executive - Data Center will identify, qualify, and close large-format colocation opportunities while building relationships across the wholesale ecosystem, with the flexibility to work remotely or from designated locations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop written account plans and multi-year pursuit strategies for hyperscale, edge scaler, and large enterprise prospects
- Lead multi-month to multi-year sales cycles involving RFI/RFP/RFQ and capacity reservations
- Build and maintain relationships with hyperscaler real estate and infrastructure teams, brokers, and cloud on-ramp providers
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience, including 5 years in wholesale colocation or large-format critical infrastructure
- Proven track record of closing multi-megawatt colocation transactions
- Fluency in the commercial and technical vocabulary of critical facilities
- Executive-level presence with the ability to engage C-suite decision-makers
- Experience using Salesforce and modern sales methodologies for account planning and pipeline management
