Key Responsibilities
- Lead consultative sales processes with companies addressing complex benefits needs in the East Coast region
- Act as a trusted advisor to executive-level buyers, aligning their needs with the company's solutions
- Analyze competitive landscape and drive forecasting accuracy for the East Coast territory
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in group insurance, benefits brokerage, or payroll representation with a focus on group health insurance
- Foundational understanding of group health insurance underwriting and plan design
- Experience in leading discovery and influencing stakeholders across finance and HR
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, or HR tech is a plus
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and adapt to shifting priorities
