Job Summary
Driving new business growth, the full-time Account Executive, eClinical will manage the full sales cycle for OpenClinica's eClinical solutions, focusing on new logo acquisition primarily within small to mid-size biotech and medtech companies while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through disciplined outbound prospecting and account targeting
- Own the full sales cycle for new eClinical business, identifying and advancing opportunities with prospective clients
- Develop a strong understanding of clinical research workflows and OpenClinica's eClinical solutions to effectively address customer needs
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role, with direct experience selling eClinical software preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and generating self-sourced pipeline
- Experience selling to small to mid-size biotech, medtech, or clinical trial sponsor organizations
- Strong understanding of clinical trial workflows and eClinical technologies such as EDC and eConsent
- Proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales engagement tools
