Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of total experience, including 3+ years in institutional finance or business development
- Strong understanding of TradFi markets and infrastructure
- Proven relationship management skills with institutional clients and partners
- Knowledge of DeFi protocols, tokenization, digital assets, and blockchain technology
