Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential enterprise clients to establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships
  • Lead the end-to-end management of the sales pipeline, ensuring an efficient process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Oversee the development of systems deals, including negotiating terms, pricing, and contract agreements with enterprise clients

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in pay for performance media sales, preferably in HR
  • Proven track record of sustainable quota achievement in outside or inside sales
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in CRM/Sales Tech Stack
  • Passion for cultivating relationships and making a measurable impact in one's career
