Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive, Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with potential enterprise clients to establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships
- Lead the end-to-end management of the sales pipeline, ensuring an efficient process from lead generation to deal closure
- Oversee the development of systems deals, including negotiating terms, pricing, and contract agreements with enterprise clients
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in pay for performance media sales, preferably in HR
- Proven track record of sustainable quota achievement in outside or inside sales
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM/Sales Tech Stack
- Passion for cultivating relationships and making a measurable impact in one's career
