Job Summary

Focused on driving account growth and ensuring timely renewals, the full-time Account Executive, Expansion will collaborate with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and manage client relationships remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior leaders at assigned client accounts to facilitate expansion and renewal discussions
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate performance data into compelling business cases for additional VEO deployments
  • Lead negotiations and manage the execution of expansion proposals and renewal agreements, ensuring timely contract processing
Required qualifications
  • 3-7 years of SaaS sales experience, particularly in expansion, renewal, or account management roles
  • Experience in fundraising or development, with familiarity in higher education, nonprofit, or healthcare sectors
  • Proven ability to build relationships with VP and C-suite buyers
  • Track record of successfully closing upsell or expansion deals
  • Proficiency in HubSpot or equivalent CRM systems
