Job Summary
To support customer growth, the full-time remote Account Executive, Expansion will manage a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities while building trusted relationships and providing consultative solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Proactively identify growth opportunities based on customer goals, product adoption, and account health
- Lead commercial conversations and negotiations with decision-makers across customer organizations
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success
- Proven track record of growing existing customer relationships and exceeding revenue goals
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect customer challenges to business value
- Highly empathetic and customer-centric with exceptional relationship-building abilities
- Analytical and data-driven, capable of identifying patterns and opportunities across customer accounts
