Job Summary
To support growth initiatives, the full-time hybrid Account Executive - Expansion will manage the full sales cycle for existing clients, focusing on cross-selling and upselling opportunities while consistently exceeding sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle with current customers, building pipeline, qualifying leads, and closing deals
- Consistently achieve and exceed pipeline and sales targets by converting free trials and marketing-qualified leads into paid customers
- Deliver compelling product presentations and demos while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer journey
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant full sales cycle experience, particularly in cross-selling and upselling within a high-velocity SaaS environment
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
