Job Summary
To support customer growth, the remote Account Executive, Expansion will manage a portfolio of existing clients, focusing on strategic upselling and cross-selling opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to drive measurable business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of existing customers through strategic upsell and cross-sell initiatives
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and proactively identify growth opportunities based on customer goals and account health
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer outcomes and refine the expansion process as the team scales
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS sales, account management, or customer success
- Proven track record of growing customer relationships and exceeding revenue goals
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to connect customer challenges to business value
- Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of identifying patterns and opportunities across customer accounts
- Curiosity about ecommerce and digital marketing challenges faced by modern brands
