Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of approximately 50 existing customer accounts, the full-time Account Executive, Expansion Accounts will drive net new revenue growth by converting qualified leads into closed expansion opportunities and navigating complex sales cycles remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage net new revenue growth across a designated book of existing customer accounts
- Convert Customer Success Qualified Leads into closed expansion opportunities while identifying additional whitespace
- Run the full sales cycle for strategic expansion deals, engaging with multi-stakeholder buying groups in enterprise organizations
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Mid Market or Enterprise SaaS sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas
- Experience running complex, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and executive buyers
- Ability to identify and close net new opportunities within existing accounts
- Proficiency in using structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC or SPICED
- Strong skills in pipeline forecasting and account management using tools like Salesforce and Gong
