Job Summary
To support business growth in St. Augustine, Florida and surrounding areas, the hybrid Account Executive - Florida will manage the full sales cycle, actively prospect for new clients, and develop tailored marketing strategies while maintaining ongoing client relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Build a consistent prospecting cadence through various outreach methods to develop a strong sales pipeline
- Manage and grow a territory by balancing new business development, client retention, and account expansion
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client goals and present data-informed marketing proposals
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a focus on new business development and account growth
- Proven ability to run a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong prospecting skills using various outreach methods
- Experience with CRM and sales tools for disciplined pipeline management
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
