Job Summary
Driving sales for high-growth ecommerce brands, the full-time Account Executive for Ecommerce Brands will manage a full-cycle quota selling Checkmate's offerings, focusing on building a pipeline, conducting demos, and closing deals remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a pipeline through outbound efforts, agency partners, and networking
- Conduct discovery calls and demos while creating ROI cases to demonstrate revenue potential
- Close deals efficiently, typically engaging with VPs of Growth, ecommerce leads, or founders
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of carrying a quota, including 2+ years in DTC or ecommerce
- Experience in closing full-cycle deals for platforms, software, or media products relevant to ecommerce
- Deep understanding of DTC economics and familiarity with tools like Shopify and Klaviyo
- Ability to engage effectively with senior marketing and growth leaders, providing valuable insights
- Demonstrated success in building a sales pipeline and achieving consistent quota attainment
