Job Summary
Seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Account Executive for IT Sales, this full-time role will manage the full sales cycle for mid-market IT and service team buyers, prospecting new accounts and collaborating with existing teams to drive customer success, all while working remotely or in a hybrid office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for mid-market accounts
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting and lead qualification
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine product positioning and ensure customer success post-sale
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3+ years selling to IT buyers in a B2B SaaS environment
- Deep understanding of IT organizational structures and common challenges faced by IT teams
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Track record of quota achievement and consistent pipeline generation
- Experience with early-stage or incubation sales motions is a strong plus
