A company is looking for a Migrations Account Executive to drive renewal retention and expansion within its customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Contributes to achieving annual renewal bookings and migration target quotas
• Acts as the primary contact for perpetual customer accounts regarding renewals and migrations
• Handles escalations and maintains professional relationships with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a software or technology company
• Knowledge of SaaS and CRM/ERP systems
• Experience in the sales industry is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce
