Job Summary
Owning the full sales cycle for restaurants with 10 to 50 locations, the full-time Account Executive for Restaurants will focus on high-volume outbound sales, lead demo calls, and manage client relationships to ensure value delivery and engagement in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run high-volume outbound outreach to owner-operators and operations leaders at targeted restaurant groups
- Lead demo calls to showcase how Ando's solutions can improve demand forecasting and staffing efficiency
- Manage client accounts from initial contact through renewal, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and engagement
Required qualifications
- Five or more years in a closing sales role, preferably selling SaaS to restaurant operators
- Fluency in the restaurant industry and understanding of operations
- Strong instincts for conducting effective product demonstrations
- Comfortable in a start-up culture with a willingness to help shape processes
- A competitive drive to achieve personal and team success
