Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Executive focused on Retention & Upsell.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for retention rate, churn reduction, and upsell revenue
- Maintain accurate CRM records including customer interactions, account status, and opportunity pipeline
- Proactively contact at-risk merchants to understand concerns and deliver tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in payment processing, fintech, SaaS account management, customer success, or inside sales
- High school diploma or equivalent
