Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for retention rate, churn reduction, and upsell revenue
  • Maintain accurate CRM records including customer interactions, account status, and opportunity pipeline
  • Proactively contact at-risk merchants to understand concerns and deliver tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in payment processing, fintech, SaaS account management, customer success, or inside sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
