Job Summary
Fluent in French and English, the full-time Account Executive will manage the entire sales cycle for enterprise and upper mid-market customers in Europe, driving transformation deals and expanding accounts while working remotely from Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland.
Key responsibilities
- Lead insight-driven sales conversations to educate customers on the risks of the status quo and the benefits of enterprise change
- Expand accounts by understanding business needs and delivering a personalized SAFe experience to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
- Own the full deal lifecycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to negotiating and closing opportunities with urgency
Required qualifications
- Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred
- 2+ years of quota-carrying experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or transformation services
- 2+ years of account management experience with a proven ability to build a substantial book of business
- Experience managing the entire sales process and closing deals involving multiple stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile, AI, or organizational change concepts, with a credible understanding rather than expert knowledge
