Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Account Executive - Georgia Licensed for a full-time remote role focused on independently generating new client relationships and marketing locum tenens staffing solutions to healthcare organizations nationwide.

Key responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
• Independently build a robust sales pipeline through strategic outreach methods
• Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven business development and sales success in healthcare staffing or locum tenens
• Demonstrated success in generating new business through self-sourced prospecting efforts
• Strong cold-calling and consultative sales experience required
• Proven ability to negotiate staffing agreements and service contracts
