Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with employee benefit brokers to generate referrals and drive repeat business
  • Prospect larger healthcare and home care organizations, engaging senior stakeholders and managing multi-step sales cycles
  • Own the sales pipeline from opportunity generation to deal closure, creating structure where necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Experience selling through partners, brokers, or channels
  • Background in benefits, HR tech, healthcare, or a related field
  • Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment with minimal structure
  • Strong outbound sales skills with a repeatable approach
