Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Build relationships with employee benefit brokers to generate referrals and drive repeat business
- Prospect larger healthcare and home care organizations, engaging senior stakeholders and managing multi-step sales cycles
- Own the sales pipeline from opportunity generation to deal closure, creating structure where necessary
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Experience selling through partners, brokers, or channels
- Background in benefits, HR tech, healthcare, or a related field
- Comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment with minimal structure
- Strong outbound sales skills with a repeatable approach
