Job Summary

Driving account expansion, the full-time Account Executive - Growth will target and close cross-sell opportunities within an established customer base, promoting premium products remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Target and close cross-sell opportunities to convert single-product users into multi-product users
  • Pitch the value propositions of premium products like SuperProtect and SuperAgent through effective demonstrations
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify accounts primed for expansion and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in SaaS Account Expansion or Strategic Account Management
  • Direct experience in logistics, freight-tech, or the automotive supply chain is preferred
  • Exceptional relationship-building and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to articulate the value of products as a trusted advisor to existing customers
  • Proven track record of upselling new product lines into an existing customer base
