Job Summary

Driving growth for small healthcare practices, the full-time remote Account Executive, Growth will manage the full sales cycle, lead consultative conversations, and deliver product demonstrations to align solutions with client needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close with small healthcare practices
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations to identify operational pain points and align solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the buyer journey and improve conversion rates
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software company or strong SDR experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales environment
  • Confidence in running a consultative sales process and addressing technical questions
  • Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
  • Prior experience in Healthcare IT, medical practice sales, or B2B SaaS is a strong advantage
