Job Summary
Driving growth for small healthcare practices, the full-time remote Account Executive, Growth will manage the full sales cycle, lead consultative conversations, and deliver product demonstrations to align solutions with client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close with small healthcare practices
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to identify operational pain points and align solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the buyer journey and improve conversion rates
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle sales experience at a software company or strong SDR experience
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in a high-velocity sales environment
- Confidence in running a consultative sales process and addressing technical questions
- Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools like Salesforce and sales engagement platforms
- Prior experience in Healthcare IT, medical practice sales, or B2B SaaS is a strong advantage
