Account Executive - HCM

A company is looking for an Account Executive - HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate revenue by selling HR/Payroll software solutions, including prospecting and closing deals
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultative guidance to align software solutions with client needs
• Maintain sales records and provide regular updates on sales activities and forecasts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven success in software sales, preferably in HR technology or payroll
• Ability to interact and sell at the C-Suite level
• Deep understanding of HR processes and payroll administration
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
