Account Executive - HCM

A company is looking for an Account Executive - HCM to sell HR/Payroll software solutions and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed sales quotas by generating leads and managing a sales pipeline
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide consultative guidance to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven track record in software sales, preferably in HR technology or payroll
• Ability to interact and sell at the C-Suite level
• Deep understanding of HR processes and payroll administration
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
