Job Summary
Driving new partnerships in higher education, the full-time Account Executive, Higher Education will manage the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing agreements with colleges and universities, while working remotely across the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Own new-partner acquisition by building and managing a pipeline from prospecting to signed agreements
- Run full sales cycles, including outbound outreach, program demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, and closing
- Engage with Computer Science faculty and academic decision-makers to establish partnerships and represent CodePath at relevant conferences
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle sales with a proven track record of closing new accounts
- Experience in building partnerships from scratch, demonstrating zero-to-one sales experience
- Technical credibility to effectively communicate CS curriculum and concepts to faculty
- Proficiency in using a CRM, such as HubSpot, to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data
- Strong commitment to advancing economic mobility through education, aligning with CodePath's mission
