Account Executive II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive II (Remote in Southern California).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction while building strong relationships
• Align products and services with customer needs, negotiate and renew service agreements to maximize profits
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and resolve customer issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• 1 year of relevant experience or 5 years of business-to-business account management
• Must reside and work in the U.S
• Prior experience in inside sales is preferred
