Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive II to manage customer relationships and retention strategies for Small/Medium Business clients in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strong relationships
  • Align products and services with customer needs, negotiate and renew service agreements to maximize profits
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and resolve customer escalations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 1 year of relevant experience or 5 years of business-to-business account management
  • Experience with consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with sales productivity software tools like Salesforce.com
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment and use standard office equipment
