Job Summary

Managing an assigned book of business, the full-time remote Account Executive II will focus on generating shareholder value through consultative retention strategies, maintaining customer relationships, and negotiating service agreements for small and medium business clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and strong relationships
  • Align Waste Management products with customer needs and propose compliant solutions to increase account penetration
  • Negotiate and renew customer service agreements while resolving customer requests and collaborating with the sales team to identify growth opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 1 year of Waste Management experience or 5 years of business-to-business account management experience at a proficient level
