Job Summary
Managing a dedicated portfolio of specialized customer accounts, the full-time Account Executive II will cultivate strong relationships within the Decorator Relations Channel, collaborate with channel managers, and enhance customer satisfaction while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Nurture long-lasting relationships with strategic accounts and provide tailored solutions based on customer needs
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met effectively
- Utilize Salesforce and other tools to gather customer insights and proactively assess industry trends to advise customers
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business, Sales, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-6 years in account management, customer relationship management, or inside sales, preferably within the B2B sector
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to travel 1-3 times per year
