Account Executive II, Public Sector

Job Summary

To support a growing public sector initiative, the full-time Account Executive II, Public Sector will drive strategic account engagement, manage customer relationships, and accelerate spend adoption for innovative procurement solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spend adoption, including account status updates
• Provide strategic account engagement to help customers implement solutions for procurement challenges
• Advise customers on best practices for using Amazon Business solutions to drive and accelerate spend adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of sales or marketing experience, particularly in e-commerce, retail technology, or SaaS
• Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to customers
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRMs, such as Salesforce
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships at the C-Suite level across various functional areas
