Job Summary
Managing a territory-based client portfolio, the full-time Account Executive - Indiana will actively pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships, utilizing a hybrid work model to deliver tailored marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through various prospecting methods, including cold calls and networking
- Lead discovery conversations to identify client goals and marketing challenges, crafting data-informed proposals
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring accurate CRM management and client engagement
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record in new business development and account growth
- Experience managing a full-cycle, consultative sales process from discovery to close
- Strong skills in prospecting through various channels, including phone, email, and social media
- Familiarity with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management practices
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
