Account Executive - Install Base

Job Summary

Account Executive - Install Base, is a full-time remote position responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients through upselling, negotiating renewals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Manage contract renewals and focus on client retention
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and issues

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive in a B2B SaaS company
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets of $750k - $1 million +
• Previous experience in SaaS and enterprise software
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
• Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation
