Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - LatAm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle for exchange technology, from prospecting to contract close
  • Identify and engage new clients with a focus on outbound and relationship-driven sales
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
  • Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close deals in a consultative sales environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not essential for candidates with strong commercial experience
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
