Job Summary
Owning a greenfield territory, the full-time Account Executive, LATAM will manage client relationships and drive new logo annual recurring revenue (ARR) in Argentina and Chile, focusing on enterprise-level organizations in regulated sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a named patch in Argentina and Chile, generating pipeline through strategic prospecting and executive outreach
- Lead complex sales cycles valued at $250K-$1M+, applying MEDDPICC methodology from discovery to close
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams to drive deals from start to signature
Required qualifications
- 7+ years in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales with a track record of $1M+ new logo deals
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Expertise in MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, and enterprise deal strategy
- High energy, coachable, and thrives in a high-accountability culture
- Proven ability to achieve 100%+ quota attainment in previous roles
