Job Summary
Seeking a driven and experienced Account Executive - Locum Tenens, the full-time remote position will manage business development and client relationships within the healthcare staffing sector, focusing on generating new client opportunities through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and market research
- Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with sales leadership on market strategy and growth initiatives
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of proven sales success in healthcare staffing or locum tenens services
- Experience in generating new business through self-sourced prospecting efforts
- Strong cold-calling and consultative sales experience
