Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Account Executive - Locum Tenens, the full-time remote position will focus on independently generating new client relationships and developing business opportunities within healthcare staffing through strategic outreach and consultative selling.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations
- Execute the full sales cycle, including prospecting, contract negotiation, and account transition
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of proven business development and sales success in healthcare staffing or related industries
- Demonstrated success in generating new business through self-sourced prospecting efforts
- Strong experience in cold calling, pipeline development, and consultative sales
- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare decision-makers
