Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Account Executive - Locum Tenens, the full-time remote position will focus on independently generating new client relationships in healthcare staffing through proactive business development and consultative selling strategies within the Atlanta, Georgia area.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold outreach and relationship development
- Negotiate contract terms and collaborate with sales leadership on market strategies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of proven business development and sales experience in healthcare staffing or related industries
- Demonstrated success in generating new business through self-sourced prospecting
- Strong experience in cold-calling and consultative sales
- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare decision-makers
