Job Summary
Seeking a driven Account Executive - Locum Tenens, this full-time remote position will focus on independently generating new client relationships within healthcare staffing, utilizing strategic outreach methods to market and sell locum tenens staffing solutions to healthcare organizations nationwide.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
- Establish and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations
- Execute a full sales-cycle approach, including prospecting, contract negotiation, and account transition
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of proven business development and sales success in healthcare staffing or related industries
- Demonstrated success in generating new business through self-sourced prospecting efforts
- Experience negotiating staffing agreements and service contracts preferred
- Strong understanding of healthcare staffing operations and locum tenens industry dynamics preferred
