Job Summary

Leading a team of Mid-Market sellers, the full-time Manager, Account Executives, LATAM (Portuguese Speaking) will develop customized sales strategies, implement strategic plans to expand market share, and mentor team members while collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to reach and expand market share in the Mid-Market segment
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales with 3+ years in a management role
  • Proven track record of success in sales and team leadership
  • Experience in consultative selling with a focus on value-driven sales cycles
  • Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in Portuguese is required
