Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - Medium Enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business sales into small to medium accounts defined by Workday
  • Manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams to close deals
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers and strategic partners
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or relevant work experience in HR services or enterprise software
  • 5+ years of experience selling to Medium Enterprise organizations of 6,000 or fewer employees
  • Proven expertise in understanding customer needs and competitive landscape
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles with a track record of revenue attainment
  • Ability to maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and forecast data
