Job Summary
Results-oriented and self-starting, the full-time remote Account Executive, Mid-Enterprise will meet with prospects and customers to drive interest in Docker products, achieve sales targets, and expand partnerships within the mid-enterprise market.
Key responsibilities
- Generate interest in purchasing Docker products through meetings with prospects and customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while accurately forecasting business opportunities
- Engage with clients to identify expansion areas and maintain active relationships that indicate potential for acquiring commercial offerings
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience with mid-market and/or enterprise customers, preferably selling technical products
- Demonstrated track record of success in B2B technology sales, including opportunity qualification and closing
- Experience with technical products or the ability to quickly learn complex technical concepts
- Experience with Open Source Software business models is preferred but not required
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred
